Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

Cant believe this has been going on for over a year now. I use old Mail App which is working fine at the moment but will be going later this year.

When I first access New Outlook Access Denied appears. If I go to deleted items and then back to inbox I can access emails but have to press sync in View to get latest emails that have appeared in Mail App and Web Browser version without a problem.

I'm using AOL email IMAP account. Have deleted and added acouunt using AOL IMAP 16 code password and still the same problem. Using Windows 10 but can't upgrade to Windows 11 not enough storage!! Every software update needs more storage. Techies should learn to be frugal with software development like they did in the old day!!

Same old problem. Any solutions submitted by so called advisors are so complex they need an expert to decode them. New Outlook is rubbish, and it seems that Microsoft are doing everything they can to disable alternatives to force us to use it. How come that such a big (and expensive) organisation cannot make a customer friendly piece of kit? I think that they lost contact with the real world ages ago.

Same here i just use chrome because i like it more.. never needed to use edge for my damn email.. so now we need edge in order to let it work properly? Lol what a joke..

They also do not notify us about that wwhich is really bad, they just leave us cooking in this problem.

There was a modder from a certain game which made kind of a program to protect his mods, at the first edge was needed to install, people didnt like it and he have it changed within a day so every browser can be used.. and at microsoft they are to stupid to change it or what?
