This happened to me, too. I worked for weeks with a Microsoft chat tech to restore them, but many of my folders lost their contents in the process. It's a real mess. I gave up ever recovering the lost messages I had placed in folders specific to their content.
Did you successfully have them, or most of them, restored?
I have the same question. Emails from inbox all moved to deleted folder, any help please?
There is no email retention policy, no rules created.
All of my inbox emails and pinned emaiils disappeared.
