I was asked to switch to new outlook but then I found all my emails had disappeared. I am frustrated that I cannot get back all my emails to which I have to reply to and at least read. Where have they gone and how can I get them back on bigpond.com and not have to go to outlook.com. What is going on?

How do I get Back my outlook after changing to windows 10. Iost the outlook app, how do i get it back after going to windows 10? you should have warned us that this would happen!

All emails, inbox, sent? That would be an expansion of the problem, or a different problem.

My issues was that certain emails in the inbox would vanish an hour, three hours or six hours, like clockwork.

Not all emails, just some. No apparent pattern.

I created a second account within the same tenant and forward all emails there and they don't disappear in that second account. This has affected at least six of our accounts in the past year.
