Why have all of my emails suddenly disappeared from my inbox?

There is no email retention policy, no rules created.

2024-11-14T21:52:59+00:00 This happened to me, too. I worked for weeks with a Microsoft chat tech to restore them, but many of my folders lost their contents in the process. It's a real mess. I gave up ever recovering the lost messages I had placed in folders specific to their content.
