Spam emails with no sender address

I use a hotmail email address and I've been getting multiple spam emails a day and they don't have sender addresses. If I try to reply to them, Outlook would tell me the recipient cannot be empty. I also cannot block them since there's no sender addresses to block.

This is getting extremely irritating.

Won't do any good, will it? Some replies in this thread are still ignoring my suggestion after a couple of users say it works for them. They seem to trust "Independent Advisor" more than a nobody like me.

****. I know. I have no idea why this started happening. Maybe if enough people report it to MSoft they will try and get to the bottom of it. Thanks for the response !

This is a great tip! I really hope it works, for I'm also receiving several e-mails a day without sender. At least I found it interesting to see that some of them do have the same sender, but are about different topics.

Another interesting part about these e-mails -besides having no sender-, is that they all have the unsubscribe option at the bottom, but that leads to a not working page (and I'm a bit anxious as well that clicking that link is not recommendable and leads to more spam).

I really hope Microsoft will continue working on this before it makes victims...

Same thing just started happening to me. have a hotmail account through microsoft. If try to create a rule to block any of them it says "option not available, object not found" I am getting more and more every day. You cannot block them either beccuase no @domain, etc exists when it is sent to your inbox.
