Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    This works!

    Help > Clear Application Data > Tick experimental features > Clear

    This will restart and send back to bottom left!

    Sweet! That *did* work for me, AND allows me to keep "New Outlook" in place!

    How did you manage to do it?

    There's no Help > Clear Application Data in my Outlook so far..

    thank you all for the posts this was driving me nuts and couldn't figure out why they moved. now i have to train myself to move to upper left to swap - total nightmare and poor design decision. guess they are trying to ram this 'profiles' thing at us.

    Aargh, this is annoying, I'm on mac and I don't have this option (maybe due to our device mgmt at work).

    Most of my colleagues are already refusing to use the New Outlook - this will definitely be another reason why not.. MIcrossoft please listen.
