I am operating Office 365 email on Windows 10.
When I compose an email, the program will allow me to right click and copy words. But it will not allow me to right click and paste words. It gives me only the option to paste an emoji.
I also cannot find the paste icon at the top of Microsoft 365 to use that function.
I tried to upload a screenshot but it won't go through.

Update: never mind this only temporarily messes with it.
In Firefox, it seems to help if you turn off advanced tracking protection for the outlook site. This is the shield next to the padlock icon.

I tried it, Jeff. The paste option becomes visible in the right-click menu. You can copy but when you try to paste a window pops up informing you that you don't have access to the clipboard and suggests CTRL+V, etc. to paste. Also, turming off tracking protection unleashed the blocked ads. Square One.

In my case, this brings back paste but it seems temporary i.e. single use. I turned everything off in Editor, replied to an email to get into edit mode, highlighted some text, right-clicked to copy, and right-clicked to paste. Worked fine. Tried right-click copy/paste again and it reverted to the previous state - paste does not function from right-click. Went back into Editor settings to find everything still turned off. Clicked Ok. Tried right-click copy/paste and it worked.....once. I'm a Firefox user trying to cope with Outlook Web. Something Microsoft changed is not yet addressed by the Mozilla Community.......I guess.
