Right click paste not working in Outlook 365

I am operating Office 365 email on Windows 10.

When I compose an email, the program will allow me to right click and copy words. But it will not allow me to right click and paste words. It gives me only the option to paste an emoji.

I also cannot find the paste icon at the top of Microsoft 365 to use that function.

I tried to upload a screenshot but it won't go through.

    I searched for Permissions. Said it couldn't find any results.

    So I dead ended there.

    This is for accessing a Hotmail account using Chrome, but I think it should apply to other browsers too. I could not paste anything in my email body but could in my subject line. I found that if I went to the Chrome browser settings>>select Privacy and Security>>Site settings>>Additional permissions>> Select Clipboard and added the following address to the Allowed to see your Clipboard>>>https://outlook.live.com:443, I was able to paste again. There is no Save button. I remember clicking on a pop up weeks before without paying much mind and I think it blocked it then.

    Copy works fine using right click. Paste DOES NOT when using right click on mouse. Now I get Emoji, and Copy and Cut is grayed out not even offering paste at all.

    Work around seems to be Control+V to paste content, but that was not necessary before, which means the clipboard isn't the problem.

    MICROSOFT NEEDS TO FIX THIS GLITCH!!!

    Correction: It's not exactly "Gone. MIA". The Editor icon is visible when drafting a message but it is greyed-out. Happened when I turned all the settings option off. There is another unresolved discussion thread here:
