How to I reorder the columns in Outlook online?

Somehow my columns moved from: From, Received, Subject to now displaying: From, Subject, Received. How do I change this back?

    I do not like that my columns were changed and I no longer have control over them.

    This happened to me this morning after my weekend. What a rude awakening for the first day of my work week! Arrrrrrgh!

    It’s really weird that some people are seeing the new column layout only now. I think I got it last May like the original poster…

    I also noticed that the sponsored “ad” emails that sit on the top of the inbox have the action buttons on the left, whereas the buttons for all the normal messages have been moved to the right.

    It makes me wonder if this entire redesign was performed to force us to look at those ads for a few more seconds before deleting them!

    I agree. This switch revealed itself at least a year ago to me. The ad hypothesis is a reasonably one.
