I am using the free version of Outlook.com and followed the forums and help how to set up a GMail sync to Outlook.com.
However since two days I got this clicking on the "Sync Email" menu.
Even the X button on the upper right corner does not operates when being in this menu.
I tried this menu in browsers like Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera.
All the same results.

This is now working for me again, after weeks. Email sync settings load, and I can change the default "from" address easily.
Did you do anything to make it work again? I'm still waiting the things work again for mine...
Same issue: Unable to load these settings for Sync Email and also for the Forwarding .
This issue needs to be solved for good because it is going on for years. Ridiculous performance of the Outlook team.
No, absolutely nothing except check every day. I see over the last few days more and more people are seeing this work again so I can only assume the fix is being rolled out gradually rather than in a single big deployment.
I have a pop3-SMTP account (not a Gmail) that I would like to check from Outlook.com. Is this feature still available?
