Outlook.com "Sync Email" settings - "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later."

I am using the free version of Outlook.com and followed the forums and help how to set up a GMail sync to Outlook.com.

However since two days I got this clicking on the "Sync Email" menu.

Even the X button on the upper right corner does not operates when being in this menu.

I tried this menu in browsers like Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera.

All the same results.

Questions:

  1. can I use Gmail sync using free version of Outlook.com?
  2. do you know this

    And when will Exchange get support on Outlook.com?

    In what way? Mail and Outlook will already synchronise calendar and contacts entries.

    In New Outlook. I can't get work emails in the New Outlook. The system says, "Exchange Coming Soon" when trying to add a new email account.

    I have the same problem. In Sync email it shows unable to load these settings. Please try again later.

    And I cant configure my hotmail account on Outlook 2016,

    Could you help me with this issue ?

    Where did you find the sync settings in outlook in safari on your iPhone? I can’t seem to find those setting when I access outlook in safari on my iPhone.
