Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
@Gabrrybock,
I apologize it's taking a long time to get a fix for the issue. The Outlook Team is working through some higher impacting issues but should get to this one soon. This issue has a workaround registry setting that should help mitigate it most of the time, documented in the Known Issue article, Outlook unexpectedly prompts to reopen items from your last session - Microsoft Support.
To simplify the workaround, I created the registry key and shared it on OneDrive here, ReopenWindowsOption. The file name is ReopenWindowsOption.reg. You can download it and double click on it to add it to the registry. If you want to double check the file, download it, then right click it and click Open With Notepad. Or open Notepad and drag the reg key to Notepad to see it. After adding the registry key restart Outlook to pick up the change.
Here are the contents of the file ReopenWindowsOption.reg:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences]
"ReopenWindowsOption"=dword:00000001
