Outlook calendar not updating in Google calendar

You don't really need a native app to achieve this, you can use a cloud-based tool such as https://www.onecal.io/

The www.outlookgooglecalendarsync.com/ won't help on MacOS, right? Any similar solutions for fixing calendar sync issues with an Outlook 365 Calendar syncing to a Google Calendar on MacOS?

Usually sharing the Outlook calendar and importing it to the Google Calendar should work, but sometimes updates are not reflected. There are a couple of other solutions such as https://www.onecal.io/ that don't require sharing calendars.

While this works perfectly on the mobile platform (Outlook calendar > Google calendar), it still doesn't sync my Google calendar on the web. That's an issue as I use the web calendar on the laptop probably more often than the mobile one. Not sure whether the fact I'm using Google Workspace has anything to do with this.

This worked for me...(taken directly from https://www.alphr.com/sync-outlook-calendar-google-calendar/).  There are also solutions posted for other operating systems and devices.

Steps to Sync Google Calendar on the Android-Installed Outlook App

1. Launch the Android “Outlook” app.
2. Tap the icon in the top left corner.
3. Tap the “gear” icon (Settings) in the bottom left section of the navigation slideout.
4. Choose “ADD MAIL ACCOUNT” under the “Mail accounts” section.
5. Select “Add an email account” from the slide-up options that appear.
6. Tap “ADD GOOGLE ACCOUNT.”
7. Choose your Google account that contains the calendar you want to sync.
8. Scroll down the permissions screen and tap “Allow.”
9. Exit the settings options and tap on the “Calendar” icon at the bottom in Outlook.
10. Confirm your Google Calendar synchronization.

Using the steps above, your Outlook account now includes both Outlook and Google calendars. No delays, no partial updates, and no stress. Everything is at your fingertips.
