    More than likely an upgrade that has not been properly configured, changing things for only changes sake.

    Who would have thought that these innocent buttons would ever be tampered with, are most important, please reinstate, thank you.

    Agree re: leaving well enough alone. I suspect they are trying to force us to update. Whole lot of forcing going on these days.

    Must be a Bill Gates idea.

    Put the arrows back, please.

    Chome/Edge/Firefox, all are encountering this issue. Why remove such a basic navigation feature? Shaking my head.

    Also having the same issues in Edge and Firefox. I even tried IE mode in Edge to see if they might come back. Have been through all the Outlook settings but nothing related to this, must be a server side change.
