Any ideas on a fix?
The up and down arrows in my outlook have vanished. How do I get them back?

The up and down arrows in my outlook have vanished. How do I get them back?

2022-06-23T23:09:37+00:00 I tried what you said. That doesn't seem to be working. Is there some way I can talk to you? Maybe you can help me figure this out? Everything was fine up until this morning when I logged on. Who thought changing this was a good idea? Couldn't they have left well enough alone?

This is in outlook on the web? If the reading pane is off, you will see the previous/next arrows on the far right.
If the reading pane is on, use the up and down arrows on the keyboard, and the right arrow key to expand groups (if you use conversation groups.) Ctrl+. (period) and Ctrl+ , (comma) will also move though the list.
