New outlook - order of email accounts

I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.

Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

Thanks

Bill

Not your fault at all but this is a **** solotion for me as I have emails for each of my 11 clients that I have separate email addresses for and that would mean deleting and adding them all. So frustrating!

    I understand. So frustrating!

If you do delete the emails, it seems that outlook saves the configuration information and passwords. But I don't guarantee that......

So, to sum up, it is 30 of Nov 2024 and Microsoft STILL HAVEN'T solved the issue to allow users to change the order of the email accounts displayed as we could freely do in the older Outlook version. Unfortunately, the older version has so many issues that going back is even more painful.

How can one "return" to an "earlier" version? The only NEW version I see is Windows 11.
