New outlook - order of email accounts

I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.

Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

    Is there a way to move the emails from the old outlook to thunderbird.

    I installed thunderbird and don't see a way to move the email over amd be able to use the mail from thunderbird.

    In Outlook (new):

    1. Click the gear icon in the top right
    2. Go to "Accounts"
    3. Click "Manage" on the account you would like at the top of the list
    4. Click "Set as primary account"
    5. Outlook needs to restart
    6. Go through the setup prompts
    7. Your selected account should now be at the top

    These instructions are for the old Outlook.

    In Outlook (new):

    That procedure moves 1 account to the top. I have 10 email accounts that I want to re-arrange, in the old Outlook, I could just drag and drop to my needed order. The new outlook takes a strategic plan to get the order I want by reverse ordering each email account one by one with your procedure in order to get the email sequence I want.

    Sorry, still no joy as we need the process that we had in the old outlook brought over to the new outlook.

    Microsoft is an attack on anybody's productivity, 365 and new outlook are a confusing mess.
