Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Dear Bill,
To change the order of email accounts in Outlook, you can follow these steps: ( source: https://www.lifewire.com/change-account-order-o... *)
- Open Outlook and collapse all the accounts so that only the account names are visible. To collapse accounts, select the arrow to the left of the account name.
- Click and hold the account you want to move and then drag the account up or down to a different position.
- Close and reopen Outlook. The email accounts are sorted in the order you set.
As for removing or hiding favorites in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
- In Outlook, click on “Favorites” in the left-hand navigation pane.
- Right-click on any folder or mailbox that you want to remove from Favorites.
- Select “Remove from Favorites” from the context menu.
I hope this helps! Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
George A.
