New outlook - order of email accounts

I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.

Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

Thanks

Bill

Are you in the new version of Outlook? I don't see anything in top left that give me "All Accounts"...

Not exactly what you are looking for, but still. You can right-click on any of the accounts, choose 'Manage account', and you will be presented with the list of the existing accounts. You can click on any of them and make it primary. Then it'll be the first in the list.

I tried looking for the app version on my phone. I don't see the exact version of the Outlook app - but I believe it's updated to the latest version as I don't have any pending updates as verified from the App store.

Nope. Does not work for the new Outlook. What version of Outlook are you using? For the new, no icons are appearing in the places you are describing.

It quite blows my mind that Outlook is so antiquated. It is beyond frustrating, and as been for years.

Billion of dollars Microsoft has. And Outlook is still a disaster.

Sorry to be so negative here, but it really does blow my mind!
