I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.
Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

The ONLY way to change the email order of more than 2 emails on the new Outlook is to remove the accounts and re-add them in the order you need them.
It only took a few minutes but was worth it!
As far as I know, NO this still does not work like MOST of us would like it to.
I hope Microsoft really reads these and works on a fix.
is there a solution yet for this, my icloud does not work as well.

Maybe because "they" don't use Outlook for their own email??? Just saying...otherwise, anyone with 3 operable brain cells wouldn't have removed this feature.
But, alas, there are many very, very well programmed email clients apps out there. I'm on the hunt now for one as I don't want to spend the next 7 years of development time for Microsoft to change it back to what worked.
