I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.
Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

In NEW Outlook you can't change the order of accounts with simply drag-and-drop. Which is quite annoying.
The lifewire source is almost a three year old, outdated article, which doesn't contains any information about the New Outlook.
Of course the OLD Outlook account reordering works like charm.
I cannot drag and drop the email accounts to reorganize them as described above. I have even tried to go back to the old Outlook, but it does not work in the new Outlook.
DOES ANY ONE FROM MICROSOFT EVER READ THESE ? NO THEY DONT BECAUSE THEY TRULY DONT CARE ENOUGH. THEY HAVE THE MONOPLY SO WHY BOTHER.
I agree...MS people are fast becoming the nitwits they laughed at 40 years ago.
Favorites does not cut it with multiple accounts and shared emails.
This DOES NOT make any difference.
The closed email addresses DO NOT move
There is no option to make them move
WHY ISNT THIS EASILY DONE???
