Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Is there a way to move the emails from the old outlook to thunderbird.
I installed thunderbird and don't see a way to move the email over amd be able to use the mail from thunderbird.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.
Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?
Thanks
Bill

We've decided to move all our emails to Thunderbird as Microsoft simply cannot get it right.
Rather than waste time trying to troubleshoot Microsoft apps, just save yourself time and grief by using Thunderbird.
It's sad to watch what Microsoft keeps inflicting on itself when it really should be sorting all these things out before roll out.
Crowdstrike anyone?
Yeh, this is OLD way of doing it, but NEW OUTLOOK doesn't allows to do this anymore
Even the old "Windows Live Mail" handled mail better than this "new"Outlook.
Not only rearranging the order of the mail and sub categories..
In WLM I had the pleasure of using the -Quick views- , where it combined all (new/sent/junk etc) mail from all mail accounts together in 1 quick overview.
Gone :(
