Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
It is June 2025, and this issue remains unresolved. What a joke!

I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.
Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?
Thanks
Bill

See above for solution. You don't have to use Outlook, it's a free world.
Old Outlook gives me control over how my email accounts are prioritized by dragging and dropping them in the navigation (side) panel in the order I want them. New Outlook does not have this feature and my various email accounts are now sorted in an order that, for my purposes, is disorganized. If you want me to use new Outlook, which it seems like you really, really do, it has to have ALL of the same features old Outlook has. Or I won't use it. Fix it. Thanks.
My theory is that MS employees use Macs so they haven't a clue how to fix a PC.
That's great!! It works.
