New outlook - order of email accounts

I have multiple email accounts linked to my outlook login, some for work, volunteering and some personal for me and family.

Since 'upgrading' to the new version, I have loads of 'favourites' which I never use and the order of the accounts is not how I want them. I can see how to change your primary but not how to sort the list to change the order top to bottom. Also can I remove the favourites as I don't use them, or even hide?

Thanks

Bill

I tried looking for the app version on my phone. I don't see the exact version of the Outlook app - but I believe it's updated to the latest version as I don't have any pending updates as verified from the App store.

    Hey George,

I have Outlook 2021, excellent reply, thank you.

I clicked the "Found Helpful" button, but may have inadvertently hit the 1 star.

How do I change the rating from 1 to 5 stars?

    I FIGURED IT OUT !!

    1. Tap on top left and a pane for "All Accounts" would show.2. Go to Settings on the bottom left and the Settings pane would show up.

    3. You should see "Mail Accounts" and next to which is "Edit".

    4. Click on "Edit" and you can sort the accounts in your preferred order.

    Hope that helps! You're welcome : )

Only solution I could find to this problem in the New Outlook was to add each account's Inbox to Favorites, and then within Favorites I could change the order of appearance of the Inboxes. This doesn't help to reorder any other folders, such as Drafts or Sent, unless they also are added to Favorites. John

Didn't work for me. I made each one primary in reverse order, but the order in new Outlook remained arbitrary and didn't follow my order.
