Where is the send and receive button in outlook (New Outlook for Windows)

In the "New Outlook" desktop version, the "Send/Receive All Folders" button has been replaced by a new feature called "Sync This Folder." To synchronize all folders, including your inbox, sent items, and other folders, you can follow these steps:

* Click on the "Send/Receive" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.

* Click on the "Sync This Folder" dropdown menu.

* Select "All Accounts" to synchronize all folders for all of your email accounts, or select a specific email account to synchronize folders for only that account.

There is no send/receive tab in the new outlook version for desktop. I am also trialing it and there is no send/receive and there is no sync this folder. If they don't fix this, then I won't be using it.

Same here. No send/receive button anywhere. No buttons of any kind on the top ribbon. No options in the side ribbon. Nothing comes up under settings or under help. It's like send/receive just no longer exists in outlook.

I am using the "New Outlook" desktop version and can't find the "Send and Receive All Folders " button, where is that hidden ?

At the moment, the new Outlook does not support offline access, so I guess that no Send & Receive options are needed for now. Offline support does appear to be on the list of things to be added in future releases; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/getting-started-with-the-new-outlook-for-windows-656bb8d9-5a60-49b2-a98b-ba7822bc7627.

This is not offline. This is the desktop version of outlook that they are beta testing. It does not have the send/receive feature.

I'm having the same issue. My inbox isn't updating. I can see new messages on my phone that have not appeared in the desktop version of "New Outlook", and there doesn't seem to be a way to force a send / receive action.
