I have a new MBP M1, with fresh Monterey. I moved my data with the assistant from the old MBP, I have all the letters in Outlook (v15.46), but search in Outlook not works, it gives a "No results found" message in all folders. Old methods for reindex Spotlight is not working (eg. add and remove Main Profile to Spotlight). How can I solve this problem? Thanks

Today I deleted the Main Profile, remove all mail accounts, and made a new profile, and add a mail address. But the search still not works.

I carried out all of the techniques in the thread.

Not sure if they contributed to resolving the issue but I installed the new Mac OS and that seems to have worked.

On Beta updates for Mac. Installed Ventura 13.8

    Hope this helps.

    All,

I found a better, simple, and easy solution. I opened the native Mail app in Mac OS Monterey 12.5, configured my Outlook account in Settings, and let the emails to download. After a few hours, I was able to use the Search tool in Outlook as I used to do it before I migrated to my new MacBook Pro M1.

I hope you find this useful.

    Best,

    Marco
