Keep receiving a password reset email.

Hi,

I have been receiving an email about resetting my Microsoft password so far today i received 6 messages with the code to reset. This email has not been open in awhile, however i do have it linked to my phone for easy accessibility to emails. How do i get the emails to stop.

Same here! Receiving up to 5 password reset requests per day now. It started last week Monday. I don't understand why they keep on initiating this process. Are they aware which other email accounts or telephone numbers are connected to my outlook.com? Are they monitoring my SMS traffic?

I see that in this question thread, it is suggested I should have a look at my activity but in this view I don't see any of the password reset requests, so how to get more insights about who and what?

Please provide some support.

Noob question... Does your email still go to your original alias? Looking into doing what you've mentioned. By logging in with a new alias, does that mess up your licenses as far as games, movies, apps, etc.?
