Hi,
I have been receiving an email about resetting my Microsoft password so far today i received 6 messages with the code to reset. This email has not been open in awhile, however i do have it linked to my phone for easy accessibility to emails. How do i get the emails to stop.

I have the same issue. Just this past week it seems to have started. I've gotten roughly seven emails in the past day. The requests are all coming from out of the country. If we could select "Prevent login attempts from outside X location" it would help and prevent this issue. The logins are coming mainly from China and Vietnam.
I really advice Microsoft to add this password reset email into the account activity overview including the feature we have on other suspicious activities. Then at least it becomes less interesting for those executing these attempts.
I also similar IMAP sync attempts from the same countries.
Add me to the list. I have gotten 4 requests in the last hour. And i get several a day for at least the last week. A few failed login attempts from China, but far less attempts than password reset requests. Gonna try some of the suggestions. The failed attempts just have the alias with no domain.
