Hi,
I have been receiving an email about resetting my Microsoft password so far today i received 6 messages with the code to reset. This email has not been open in awhile, however i do have it linked to my phone for easy accessibility to emails. How do i get the emails to stop.

I have also had about 12 emails " gmail " in the past week regarding password reset for my Microsoft account. I havent requested to change it.
The email from the sender looks quite legit so not sure what its all about

If you go to your microsoft account, security, security settings. And in there change alert settings. You can then turn off notifications. Which is a bit risky but until its sorted preferable.
Exactly the same issue here. Loads of password reset requests every day for the last week or so
Mine also showed 11 sync attempts from Russia, Bulgaria, Taiwan, China, France.
You must remember it’s not you that’s requesting the password change it’s either a spam or somebody else in the world that has your email address which I’m sure a lot of people do and a lot of sites do and they just keep keep keep on clicking forgot password and that’s why you keep getting that message to change your password
