Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Don't judge me by the number of messages in my InBox. It is just how I roll.

In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox. Is there a way to get it back?

Thanks for this Cindy. Yes is more fiddling to change the view to get a message count (not just "conversations"), but it is a way to get the information without having to count each message manually!. I would guess that most of us still want Microsoft to add the message (not conversation) counter feature back ....
Please fix this - some of the features of the New Outlook for Mac are very handy, but without this, it's unusable. This is a basic function of any email client.
Also, this has been an issue so long that User Voice isn't even valid anymore, so just fix it already.
Almost two years of requests and 500+ votes that they have this question and it's not fixed?
Also in the original post, the link to the "User Voice" voting page is a 404.
