In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox.  Is there a way to get it back?

Is anyone at Microsoft actually listening? This can't be a hard feature to (re-)implement.

Microsoft overlooks Mac users AGAIN! Why take away an important key feature in what is supposed to be a software UPdate?

    Hello,

I have the same concern. We used to see the total items in the mailbox on down-left side but with new Outlook we are not able to see it.

I wanna switch to the new outlook but as this feature does not exist in new outlook, i still continue with the old version.

    your help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

I select one of my e-mails and I see the content of this mail in the middle of the window. (Make sure you see the content)

Then I make CMD-A (for Select all) and the content of the mail is replaced by the number of selected messages.

I've tried to attach a screenshot, but it didn't load.
