Meeting Owner - Series Deleted from my Calendar, but not Other Calendars

I was able to get the meeting reinstated!! What you have to do is have one of the meeting attendees go into the meeting and go to File, and Save As an "ics" file. Have them send it to you. When you open it you need to go to File and import as a calendar invite. It will go back on your calendar like nothing ever happened. I know my instructions may be a little vague, that's because my IT team remoted into my computer and did it for me. Good Luck!

Based on your initial post, you find this calendar in deleted item, we tried it, if you have cancelled a meeting then it will move it to the Deleted Items in Outlook. Since meeting has deleted recipients will receive a cancellation like these screenshots show：

Further, even the meeting organizer move it back to inbox folder, recipients still will see this meeting has cancelled, therefore we suggest you create a new meeting. Meanwhile, may I carefully request you provide the participants’ screenshots in your end? Further, if you are not available to edit it, we kindly suggest you create a new meeting again.

We already tested it tried to reproduce your situation. And you are correct, if you have deleted the the calendar, you won't see it anymore but participants' calendar still can see the meeting in their calendar until they open it, it should shows that the meeting has cancelled, further they also should will receive a email about cancellation. This deleted meeting still "exist" until attendees delete it manually.

May I carefully request you provide us a screenshot of one of attendees' detailed calendar? Based on our experience and knowledge, if you have deleted the calendar, the participants will receive a email notification about meeting has cancelled, event you moved deleted calendar back to inbox folder, in the participants' calendar detailed page it should still show up this meeting has cancelled. Based on it, we kindly encourage you create a new teams meeting in Outlook.

Thanks for your update.

Based on our experience, if you have cancelled the meeting, and this meeting is already get cancelled which is you are not available to edit it anymore. As a workaround we kindly suggest you to recreate a new meeting.
