this is my view in the "Day" tab. the blue time bar has disappeared. the one that advances with the current time.
In the week view, the blue line is there but it extends across previous days but not to the current one or future dates.
anyone know how to fix this?

Reading through this thread was therapeutic - I am NOT alone! I HATE the new time indicator. It is all the things everyone has said.
I agree that there should be an an optional choice of different time indicators. But simply changing the current 'bb' to a simple arrow would dramatically improve the situation NOW.
Kaizen, Microsoft! Kaizen!
Yeah, seriously, this is not a feature. Please fix this. 1 Year for this very basic bug... really Microsoft??
*** MICROSOFT, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: FIX THE TIME BAR ***
The time bar is a big pain! I want to quickly see where I am in the day with my schedule. I could care less what the past is relative to the current time. It makes no sense at all to show the "Current Time" for the past. This is not Back to the Future. Why have an active timeline for the past? At least make the Time Bar customizable; so if anybody really wants a time bar for the PAST, fine. But for everyone else interested in a Time Bar showing....Wait for it... THE CURRENT TIME, then make that an option.
Sorry for waking you from being asleep at the wheel.
Awful design - not sure how is that helpful. I didnt realize the change as I have both mac and pc. Mac has a nice unambiguous indicator. In PC, I keep messing up on meetings.
