this is my view in the "Day" tab. the blue time bar has disappeared. the one that advances with the current time.

In the week view, the blue line is there but it extends across previous days but not to the current one or future dates.

anyone know how to fix this?

I also almost just missed an appointment because of this bug. Went to search for this right away because it's really, really annoying! Can actually dent my reputation (diminished reliability - which is practically a currency in what I do) and ultimately even cost me (and others) money.

Am using the desktop version of Outlook for the first time in more than a year and will be using it on a daily basis for at least a few months; I will have to deal with this on a daily basis. I agree with most comments here that this is no feature but a bug. It never used to work like this and still doesn't in the online version of Outlook and it just simply makes no sense whatsoever to show where in your agenda you were yesterday at this (current) time (and not showing where in your agenda you are right now). Really hope MS solves this very soon!

Current time bar looks like it is indicating the day before. It is extremely misleading and annoying.

MS please work on this problem asap.

I have to chime in with the rest who find the real time "line" on the day before the present day to not be intuitive. I have been struggling with this since the change. I have on many occasions missed or almost missed appointments because It appears to be tomorrows appointment. This may seem to be a "little thing", but It effects how I work every day. It is just bad design ... plain and simple.

And please don't tell us this cannot be fixed. That's insulting to our intelligence. Just please work it out so we can use your product as a solution and not irritant.

It also works perfectly on the Android Outlook App - current time line as expected anchored to the little dot. (Your response triggered me to check).
