this is my view in the "Day" tab. the blue time bar has disappeared. the one that advances with the current time.

In the week view, the blue line is there but it extends across previous days but not to the current one or future dates.

anyone know how to fix this?

And it's fixed again ... spooky that today I started outlook and up came the 'updates available' bar across the top.

After doing a PC restart, Outlook had been updated to Version 2201 Build 14827.20220 - and it is definitely fixed with the timeline going across the current day.

And we off again - MS fixed the timeline bug in the desktop application and NOW IT'S BROKEN AGAIN :(

Now with the latest update to Version 2108 (Build 14326.20784), the time bar again now STOPS to the left of of the current day - it DOES NOT go across the current day in the DESKTOP Application version just across the previous days ... but it does go across the current day in the WEB version.

The previous days background is very slightly greyed out, but so subtle it is hardly worth it.

So congratulations, your developers have REINTRDUCED THE OLD BUG that you had fixed, and you've put it back in the latest update ... UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY CONTROL ON YOUR VERSION UPDATES.

Took MS well over a year to fix it, a less than a month to break it again ... thanks a lot !!!

It aslo works as it should on the MAC version. Very sad to see Microsoft not fixing this for such a long time!

I would like to add my voice, that this is a terrible design, if intentional. I also think it's a bug though, so would love to see it corrected.

Hard to believe this is intentional as it is the opposite of intuitive. I never chime in on these issues but this simple issue is obviously a bug that needs a estimated fix date. Irritating to look at it everyday.
