Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
I have the same situation with MS. My account was locked, and i got the same exact message. Its absolutely ridiculous. How as a customer I am suppose to learn from the so called "violation", if I dont know what I did wrong? I mean why they are not taking at least the time to explain why.
And as a user experience expert, I think it is absolutely horrible that they keep doing this to so many customers. This is how they are going to loose the trust of their customers that they so long wanted to have. And if they have some kind of process to check the accounts, at least their experts should write what is the serious violation. This is so far from being customer centric.
