Hi KanataSparxx,
I've sent you a private message, kindly click on this link to view it.
Thanks.
Regile Reb,
is there anything you can do with my case? This is crazy that i am locked out for no reason.
On Thursday Aug 20^th^, for some reason I was no longer able to sign into my account with Microsoft. I have a Microsoft 365 home account for me and 5 other people.
The other accounts are still valid with Microsoft, but they have shut down and locked me out of my primary account
On Friday, Aug 21, I submitted a request to unlock my account at this URL
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13997/microsoft-account-locked-private, and heard no response.
On Thursday, Aug 27, I submitted another request, and later got the response below in RED.
I have no idea what I could have possibly done.
I checked the code of conduct, and I haven’t violated any of the codes.
How can I re-instate my account, or am I forever banned from using Microsoft products with my primary email address?
What happens with the 5 people who I have shared the account with when it expires in Jan 2021. They are part of my “Microsoft family” and sharing of Microsoft Apps.
How do I find out what the issue was?
I certainly don’t want to repeat it in the future.
Obviously being unable to log back into my account, means any information only on the web, and not synced on my computer, is forever lost to me if I can’t get back in. is Additionally, I can't use any Microsoft office products, with this
locked user id, etc.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi,
Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement
https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/default.aspx#3_codeOfConduct.
As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.
For any subscriptions associated with the account, Microsoft will immediately cease charging the credit card on file for recurring charges.
