Microsoft (Hotmail) Account Locked (Compliance Lock)

My Microsoft account is locked with Compliance Lock since for 11 days now, with no end in sight.

I get the following message when I try and log in:

Your account has been locked.

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you'll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we'll get you to the right place.

I have completed the Account Reinstatement form ((https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/concern/AccountReinstatement)) and got this reply:

This is an automated message to let you know we have received your inquiry regarding your Microsoft account. Your request number is xxxxxxxxx and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Please do not submit additional requests as this will add additional volume and only slow our response.

We sincerely apologize for this delay as we know this means you may not have access to your account. We are working to resolve your case and will update you as soon as we have additional information.

All duplicate requests will be closed and responses will be sent on the original escalation.

Sincerely

Microsoft Customer Protection

I still haven't heard back. I can't access my email/contacts/calendar/OneDrive and it's very frustrating. I have important emails I cannot access. There is supposed to be contact within 24 hours – it is now 11 days!

Youre account isnt lost these people at the start of the wscalation honestly have no idea what they were doing, persistence is keY, DO NOT accept no for an answer at the start i was told my account was locked forever with nothing they could do, in reality they didnt know what the f they were doing, I ended up filing a disputr through the BBB and thay worked like a charm, got contacted by an agent comepletly different department and team then the people that just said sorry the whlle time, i undeniably proved that i was the owner of my account, and what they did was an account transfer , microsoft tool all data and achievements and bougjt product to due with microsoft/xbox like my profile, and transferred it to a whole new email, boom fixed.!after two months of complete ignorance; lost my old email contents such as mail and stuff but i mainly ised this email for gaming so i didnt mind, to this day i get emails from the “escalation team” that failed me horribly, stating that my account is unretrievable in any aspect of it, as im playing on mu 10 year account , shows microsoft has no solid communication from down up, was a mightmare and a half, dont give up! file a report through bbb
