Microsoft (Hotmail) Account Locked (Compliance Lock)

My Microsoft account is locked with Compliance Lock since for 11 days now, with no end in sight.

I get the following message when I try and log in:

Your account has been locked.

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you'll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we'll get you to the right place.

I have completed the Account Reinstatement form ((https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/concern/AccountReinstatement)) and got this reply:

This is an automated message to let you know we have received your inquiry regarding your Microsoft account. Your request number is xxxxxxxxx and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Please do not submit additional requests as this will add additional volume and only slow our response.

We sincerely apologize for this delay as we know this means you may not have access to your account. We are working to resolve your case and will update you as soon as we have additional information.

All duplicate requests will be closed and responses will be sent on the original escalation.

I still haven't heard back. I can't access my email/contacts/calendar/OneDrive and it's very frustrating. I have important emails I cannot access. There is supposed to be contact within 24 hours – it is now 11 days!

Hi I would like to let everyone know that i managed to fixed it on my own and bypass and enabled my account without any HELP FROM MICROSOFT.

I went to reset my skype password cause I think that's where the problem lies that the skype and email account are not syncing. Resetting my skype password made sure email password was reseted too.

Hi Regile,

Please help

It has been around 48 hours since my one drive account with email ID ******@gmail.com has been locked. I tried to account for the recovery form,

account reinstatement form and continuously in contact with the Microsoft support but still my account has been locked.

The 1 TB data contains many critical documents - if I dont get access to it I would suffer heavy financial losses.

my personal data such as photos - my grandparents, my parents memories. Me and my wife memories, my wedding, my little daughter's 1st birthday, etc- There are many photos. It contains all our lifetime memories

When the account was locked, we were under the impression. It will unblock soon. But, it has been more than 36 hours. I cannot see a way that my account would be unblocked. Due to this my grandfather, father is in tension and also my grandfather is old and suffers with Blood pressure and he is worried a lot since morning due to the critical important documents which we are not able to access. I don't want to see any medical issues at my house and don't expect something bad to happen in my family especially my grandfather due to the issue.

Thanks Bro!

I will contact to that link and explain them my situation. I know but I am helpless as my complete data related to money, accounts, business and everything is taken away and I don't know where to start.

Hoping that your solution will work and get my account back even temporary would also work
