Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    ImageI am on version 16.69, I now see the option to 'Show CC field by default' along with 'Show BCC field by default' under Settings > Composing. However, a friend is also on the same version and does not have that option. I am a bit confused about how I got it and not them. We are both on 2021 MBP M1 Pro running Ventura.

    Another request to have the CC field set to always show. None of the above solutions have changed anything for me. Because of this issue, I've switched back to the "old" Outlook design and will stay there until MS can get its act together and stop changing basic design that's been around for years.
