Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    That's the exact machine and OS that I have, and it's not there in the new outlook. It's in the legacy of course, but not the new.

    I’m on an 2017 intel iMac Pro on Big Sur. Outlook v 16.69 and I have the checkboxes in my New Outlook!

    I'm on 16.69 as well and it's not there. I'm on an Intel iMac Pro.
