Always show CC field

I need to have the CC option on new emails always visible without having to click the button every time. I would like to be able to press TAB after entering recipients and get to the CC field. 

I'm on the new version (16.47 for Mac).

Thanks. I was hoping to not have to to any extra clicking to get to the CC field and just hit Tab. I found that I can change the settings to have all new messages appear in a separate window which accomplishes that for me.  See photo here:

    :-) Yep! Happy new year too. I've tried the new one for a while now, but really missing the old interface, tempting to click the magic button and go back!

    Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.

    Based on your description, I've tested on the new Outlook for Mac. Cc option appears indirectly at the right side to the To field in the default New Message window. It seems to be by design. However, by clicking the mini arrow icon to expand the window, you will have the Cc field appearing directly under the To field.

    Everyone appears to be asking how to get it back by default under the To: field as opposed to being all the way off to the right, this is very inefficient and requires a lot of mouse work. In the office, most people CC someone on every email.....

    It's not a thing because M$ doesn't give a damn about their customers, especially those using MacOS. Fixing this issue, while it would probably take their developers a few minutes, won't affect their bottom line, so it's not even a consideration. They just don't care.

    I wish I could give up Office, but it's what we use at work, so I'm stuck.
