Outlook 365 not opening in Windows 11

I noticed that Outlook did not open automatically in Windows 11 like it should when I rebooted, so I tried to start it manually. That didn't work either. Not even running "outlook /safe" worked.

Am I missing something here?

    Dear Team,

    It is very unfortunate that when i have started using Windows 11 my search index was not working at all in microsoft outlook. This is wasting my time. Why so poorly build this software?? I am using latest updates as well. But still no use. The worst windows application i even seen.

    Please resolve this hanging issue.

    Issue outlook opens and closes have tried safe mode and building a new profile and it still fails

    This is a simple fix, just follow these instructions.

    You can do Office repair to fix this issue

    1. Open Control Panel - Programs and Features
    2. Select Microsoft Office in the application list
    3. Right click and click 'Change'
    4. Click 'Repair' then select Online Repair

    It worked for me.

    I have restarted the computer and tried to open Outlook several times. Outlook will not start. The issue is not resolved for me.
