Hello everyone,
Until Microsoft demonstrates what the violation is, they are in fact data thieves. The terms of agreement no longer apply and they can be legally liable.
You can pursue legal action in 4 venues ... the least of which are small claims. Small claims is easy and you don't need a lawyer or large expense. . and if they refuse to show the actual reason with evidence... you can sue in a different venue. They have stolen what they sold you in games, movies, and overcharges for software since you've been locked. force them to show their governance and blocking criteria in court.
We suspect these are politically motivated attacks on average citizens that someone in Microsoft doesn't like. Project veritas has been contacted.
I am following my own course of action as I have several pieces of intellectual property in the cloud that Microsoft has blocked. .. which belong to other companies. Their legal teams are examining the issue.
Lastly, Microsoft is up for a large defense contract against Amazon. Call your senators and representatives to protest Microsoft behavior. As a former defense contractor myself.... I am calling my friends in addition. I'm contacting Amazon as well... and submitting a friend of the court brief against Microsoft in their bid for the defense contract.
They would never dream of doing this in Europe. So I will be filing a brief on an important case there as well.
