Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
In my case I have an account locked a year and half ago and another one a few months ago.
Microsoft say that I'm a violent terrorist.
Absurd.

Hi,
When logging in to any Microsoft service I receive the message:
Your account has been locked
We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.
Unlocking your account
To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.
When I follow the link and fill out the form I received the reply that I violated the Code of Conduct and won't be able to access the services anymore. Any charges to my linked credit card will be stopped.
It does not tell me how I violated the Code of Conduct, nor does it tell me how to reinstate my account, while the form I filled out is called "account reinstatement". It also does not tell me how to retrieve my data.
The form states: "Your account has been suspended for suspicious activity, sending unsolicited emails, or for violating of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement, such as hosting photos, video or other content in violation of the Code of Conduct."
I'm pretty sure though I did not send SPAM or hosted/posted/shared inappropriate content. As for suspicious activity, I'm not sure what is included here, but I'm a basic user of the services.
What I would like to know is:
I've called and chatted with support, local and world-wide, for different services, but all are receiving the same answer from the CDOC team, as can be found under ticket number ***removed for privacy***, which I find unacceptable.
It's been 14 days now... Please help!
Regards,

Hi, any news about a general issue in MS algorithm?
I've open another review (is the only way to get a response), and in the form MS say:
"Your request has been submitted.
We have received your inquiry regarding your Microsoft account. It may take a while for us to respond as we are currently experiencing increased volume in account reviews. Please do not submit additional requests as this may slow our response. We sincerely apologize for this delay as we know this means you do not have access to your account. Please know that we will get to your case as soon as possible."
WE ARE NOT ALONE.
To All of You that have replied to my initial post, Thank you for following up with me. MS charged me another $99.99 on Sunday. Since I posted my experience in this forum on Monday night at 7:45pm EST, I received the following message from MS 12 later and my post was removed:
“Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/default.aspx#3_codeOfConduct.
As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.
For any subscriptions associated with the account, Microsoft will immediately cease charging the credit card on file for recurring charges.

Once again. It’s been 3 weeks. 50 plus hours of filling out forms multiple tiimes, phone calls, chats, emails and research. I’ve done nothing that comes close to violating their 10 commandments. They refuse to be specific and tell me what Mother Microsoft has an issue with. Only thing of guilty of is trusting MS with my 20 years of family & team photos, family calendar, all important personal contacts, docs and emails. I’m a father of 3, lax & VB coach doing all the right things. No one has been able to reach me for 3 weeks. College coaches regarding my players, scholarship opportunities, my kids coaches, contractors, family and friends. I’m disappointing so many people and looking so irresponsible. For some unknown reason MS has locked me out of my entire digital world they want us to entrust in them. Been 3 weeks of no email or access to my data. I’ve been trying everything and won’t quit till I get answers and my data back. Been paying for 365 since the beginning of the service. 770 GB’s saved. Had to open new MS account just to communicate with them. Very disappointing!
Occasionally I get someone who pretends to care at office’s 365 Tech Support Number: 866-425-4816. (grab the number before they delete this post also). I’m going to continue calling and filling out the recovery forms.
UPDATE: As I’m writing this I just received:

What is my serious violation? My next course of action will be blowing up Twitter (which I hear is very active) and Arbitration. Glad I have great notes and tracked my time. Stay tuned!
Any advice would be appreciated. Don’t give up!
You are my friends in this situation. I have one account locked from october 2018 and another one from january 2020. A lot of time spent with microsoft support, a lot of time lost with no result.
