Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
hello,
I suffered the same problem on May 1st and still hoping in a solution.
I am writing to CDOC everyday and although I am not a lawyer i think taht this way of managing the rights of the skype user could be highliy illegal at leas under one point .. the interruption of the social relations within user that keeps contacts with that service
below the email i sent this morning to CDOC and to the Microsft CEO... maybe some reaction will follow ....
I am still writing (8th email to CDOC and many others contacts to support.skype.com) to highlight the urgency that you allow me, as user of the account IPSASQUE, to access to my contacts.
On May 1st, you have blocked the account providing a generic motivation of infringement of the rule of conduct and, notwithstanding the several messages I have forwarded where I have communicated that I have just send a photo downloaded from internet (working men on skyscraper resting at lunch time) to wish a good a labour day, you have not allowed me to acccess to the account until now.
While on one hand you as provider of mailing services have the legal rights to block the account for asserted rule of conduct breach, on the other hand you cannot interfere to the human relations that your system has allowed to create and improved until now.
With reference to that I want to highlight that this behaviour is a breach to US Constitutional rights. The first and fourteenth amendments of the United States Constitution restrict the government's ability to control free communication. Extensively if the Government is lacking the rights of restricting the ability of communication, the same rights limit cannot be imposed to a user by a private provider of postal services.
Justified by the generic first amendment protection to unabridged expression and association, a United States citizen (ie: some of my contacts are US citizens) cannot be unreasonably denied the right to communicate by mail; by telephone ; with legal counsel; with the opposite sex; with others.
The constitutional rights should begin by surveying the premise that, a person retains all rights except those expressly, or by necessary implication, taken from him ° pursuant to a legitimate state interest as ... "mentally ill" care of the person. (Georgetown Law School - The constitutional rights of free communication)
Furthermore in Milwaukee Social Democratic Pub. Co. v. Burleson, 255 U.S. 407, 37 1921, ..."The United States may give up the Post Office when it sees fit, but while it carries it on the use of the mails is almost as much a part of free speech as the right to use our tongues . . . ."
All abovesaid matters considered, I therefore ask that you provide the references of all the contacts (in the way you consider manageable) so I can be able to invite them again to join the conversations and the human relations you have improperly interrupted,
Looking forward to rerceive your feedback as soon as possible
Kind regards
