MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SYSTEM TRAY RESET OUTLOOK PASSWORD POP-UP WARNINGS

over past several days I have received 5 MICROSOFT EXCHANGE OUTLOOK SYSTEM TRAY POP-UPS for each of my 5 exchange accounts, one by one, and then it starts all over again

warning me to renew my Microsoft Exchange password

which expires in "315334799" days (number which decreases by 1 each day)

the pop-up ends with a CLICK HERE TO RESET PASSWORD (which I have not clicked)

I have cleaned up my pc with Norton, CC Cleaner and Spybot, followed by rescue sessions with Microsoft and Norton.

So far, no solution.

Even new profile with just 1 exchange account brings up reset warning.

GoDaddy says there is no reason on earth to reset my passwords (which I have not yet tested)

Apparently problem is not a virus, but I would like it to stop.

The only thing which works thus far is to turn off SHOW MS EXCHANGES MESSAGES in system tray, but this is only a temp band-aid.

Ideas? Thanks!

    which version of Office do you have?

    Me, 2013.

    I'm expecting phone call from MS in 2 hours from top level engineer.

    Of course! I just hope we find a resolution soon, things like this drive me nuts. LOL! Oh! I also found 2 tweets of people who posted screen shots of the same issue. I've asked them directly if they also have GoDaddy and I'm awaiting a response. Since there were mentions of it on Twitter (although I never use it) I posted a screen shot on my account tagging GoDaddy & Microsoft to see if I can get responses from anyone else out there who may have this issue.

    Good information. I have an IT person who maintains my computer bimonthly. He has all of the update set on manual and makes choices as to what's really necessary and what's garbage or even potentially negative. I'm not sure he never accepted this update, but in the link that you sent the article said that you could click here to install the update. I assumed it might be optional.

    Let me know what you find out.

    I also spoke with Microsoft yesterday. They say it's not their issue either, of course. The tech said that Outlook is simply a client and the information it has or the notifications it sends are due to information it receives from the server. (which actually makes sense to me) However, they did a remote session on my PC to take a look at it. The tech created a new Outlook profile in case the original was simply corrupted, it was not, we got the same notification as soon as Outlook started up. The tech then said I could either hide the notifications or talk to the Commercial division since it could be an issue with the server, I chose the latter. Commercial division says they can't help me because I don't have 365 Business and transferred me back. I eventually got hung up on after an hour and 45 mins, I was too irritated to call back and be civil so I will try again today. I now have 4 computers with this issue.
