Many unsolicited Microsoft verification codes.

I'm getting a few codes minute for the last hour or so.  I've checked to see if someone was accessing my account and there was no evidence of it.  I'm receiving texts from a handful of numbers and i don't want to block them in since i do need to get verification code from time to time, and the number i get the code from varies.

    I've received over 372 in the last 1.5 days.  I have changed passwords, checked logins, still receiving them.  I have multiple email accounts either Hotmail or Outlook domain, so how can I identify which is subject to hack?

    I'm getting random Security verification code from Microsoft, Google, Instagram & Tinder saying I should use the why is so.

    I think someone is trying to hack my account.

    What should I do please.
