Many unsolicited Microsoft verification codes.

I'm getting a few codes minute for the last hour or so.  I've checked to see if someone was accessing my account and there was no evidence of it.  I'm receiving texts from a handful of numbers and i don't want to block them in since i do need to get verification code from time to time, and the number i get the code from varies.

    Since yesterday someone has tried to log into my microsoft account 7 times (I've received 7 verification codes via sms). Do you have any suggestions as to how I can stop them from doing this?

    I keep on getting these text messages. However, I am not sure if someone is trying to get into this account or my work account.

    Hello, I've received 2 separate messages to my phone number giving me a verification code. However, I have multiple different Microsoft accounts (a student account, a work account, a computer account, and a gaming account (this here is my gaming one). These messages were sent within 12 hours of each other, and one was sent while I was playing Halo MCC on PC so I thought it was it just acting weird about it, but then the second popped up a while later and it ceased to be funny.
