Many unsolicited Microsoft verification codes.

I'm getting a few codes minute for the last hour or so. I've checked to see if someone was accessing my account and there was no evidence of it. I'm receiving texts from a handful of numbers and i don't want to block them in since i do need to get verification code from time to time, and the number i get the code from varies.

i keep getting these a lot too, but my account said no activity other than a long time ago, not even my recent activity. how do i stop these or see who is requesting these?
